What is NLP?

The way we view and react to an external event or situation is determined for us by our internal representation, every behaviour we display is a direct reflection of our inner world, our learned mind set.

Neuro Linguistic Programming ( NLP ) is an advanced psychological technology aiding an individual to re-programme their internal representation, therefore changing IRRATIONAL thoughts and feelings of situations, experiences etc into RATIONAL ones. WE ARE WHAT WE THINK. For example:
